About Orange Coast Law Center

What We Do:

Our firm handles personal injury and wrongful death claims, which include any injury or death resulting from the negligence of another. Automobile accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, airplane/train/bus accidents, food poisoning and attacks are typical claims we accept. Any time you are injured due to the fault of another, you have the right to make a claim.

You will be guided in the best course of action for your particular claim. If quickly resolving your matter is in your best interests, we will use our efforts to make that happen. We advise but you ultimately have the power of decision on how to proceed. Our initial consultation is always free. Telephonic and virtual consultations are also available and free.

Why Hire An Attorney?

Many people are fearful of hiring an attorney for these types of claims for varied reasons – they find it to be morally wrong, they do not want to be involved in an adversarial situation or they just plain don’t want to be the type of person who sues. We understand that. Most claims that we handle are with insurance companies. The person who caused your injury is usually insured. In most situations, the claim is paid by the insurance company – not the person who harmed you. This is the reason why responsible people buy insurance.

Most personal injury claims are settled without a lawsuit ever being filed and most lawsuits are settled without ever having to go to court. Even litigated cases go to mediation and/or arbitration which are far less adversarial than trial.
