Settlement Demands

If you were in an accident but your case was not severe enough to hire an attorney (and pay 1/3 of your proceeds), you may need help making a settlement demand to an auto insurance company.

What is a settlement demand? A settlement demand is a letter to the insurance company outlining your injuries, the cost of your medical treatment for those injuries, how the injuries affected your life and the amount you would like to settle the case for without going to court or paying for an attorney.

“Do-it-yourself” letters are not personalized to your unique injuries and how those injuries affected you in your daily activities. Let Orange Coast Law Center prepare the demand for you. We charge a $950.00 flat fee (some exclusions apply).
